HOW IT WORKS?
My design process is structured to guide a project from first idea to production-ready product.
Each phase ensures we balance performance, design, and commercial goals.

Each project is unique, but this steps present the general workflow.

Brief
CREATE A COMPLETE BRIEF FOR THE PROJECT, TO START THE DESIGN PHASE.

With workshops and meetings, I will support you, your product manager to define the brief by getting clear input on your brand and goals, and define all the aspects of your product.

Design phase
FROM CREATIVE DIRECTION TO FINAL DESIGN, THE BRAND CHOSE A FINAL PROJECT TO DEVELOP.
Based on the brief, I will work on a creative direction to define the direction of the project. It will influence the design concept that I will present next. Together we will review them, making sure it aligns with your need, your values and get feedback to evolve the concepts.

Final design synthesis
PRESENT AND DEFINE PRECISELY THE SELECTED CONCEPT
This step will help getting a better and final overview of the product, through 2D or 3D images, colors and materials, technical drawings..

Development
FROM A CONCEPT TO A FINAL PRODUCT, READY FOR PRODUCTION.
With a technical drawing in hand, I will support to find the right suppliers, the right contact to produce prototypes and get the product right for production.
We will go through testing phases, reviewing, refining the product, the development is the real opportunity to get a functional product.
